We offer Standard Shipping for all orders. This service includes door-to-door delivery for most addresses within our service areas. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and destination.

Shipping Timeframe

After your order is confirmed, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard Shipping delivery ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to select regions. During checkout, enter your address to check availability. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery address. Fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery Process

Items will be delivered to your doorstep. For larger products like sofas, we recommend ensuring clear access to your entrance. Someone aged 18 or older must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available, we may reschedule, which could incur extra fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your delivery immediately. If there is visible damage or parts are missing, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with order details and photos. We will assist with replacements or resolutions promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
